This great family- and pet-friendly home is located within minutes of uptown Sedona, restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking trails, and grocery stores, and only a short distance to any popular or scenic Sedona location. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is your perfect retreat, whether you are coming to unwind and relax in the hot tub or if as a home base after exploring all Sedona has to offer. The 3 bedrooms includes 1 queen and 2 bedrooms each with a full-size beds and we have two air mattresses and extra bedding for those traveling with children and need a little more sleeping options. Pack & play is available upon request. The living room is cozy with comfortable furniture and a smart TV. The dining area can seat two at the kitchen peninsula and four at the dining table. The kitchen includes all standard appliances including coffee maker as well as a Keurig, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils. A washer and dryer are available for use. The house has central air conditioning and heating. The large back yard is perfect for relaxing in the brand new hot tub, grilling on the BBQ or enjoying your morning coffee! Fire pit not shown.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
