It's very conveniently located in the Melrose Historic District in Central Phoenix. Plenty of room for parking and a short walk to bike paths, coffee shops, great Central Avenue restaurants and the lightrail that can take you to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Tempe. And it's 20 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale for more great shopping and dining. 

Should you need more space for your party, there is also a separate adorable guest house that can be rented--featuring a one bedroom, one bath with a private kitchen, and living/dining space. Note, these have completely separate entrances, separate trash, separate parking and the backyard is not shared unless both are rented by the same party.

Forty-six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
